Colorado State Law prohibits caterer to purchase alcohol for your event. Staff fees and bar needs will apply.

Deposit and Payment

$500 non-refundable deposit required to reserve the date. 50% of balance due upon acceptance of contract. Remaining balance due 7 business days prior to event. If you cancel within 90 days of event, you agree to pay 60% of contract. If cancellation is made by client within 30 days of event, the client will be responsible for 100% of the contracted value.

Guest Count

Final guest count is required at least 7 days prior to day of event or client will be responsible for payment of the original guest count in the event of a decrease. Note: any increases made will affect pricing and are subject to availability and reasonable accommodations.

Menu Pricing

Pricing will depend on style of service that you choose as well as number of guests and menu selection. We offer A la carte, family style, plated dishes or buffet.

Staffing Fees

We provide a top notch culinary team to prepare your food onsite, as well as an event captain to smoothly run all food and beverage aspects of your event. Support staff are based on your guest count, service style, and time frame. Pricing will depend on number of support staff required plus bartender fee. Travel fees may apply where applicable.

Alcohol

We can create craft cocktails, wine pairings and provide TIPS certified bartending staff Colorado State law prohibits caterer to purchase alcohol for your event, therefore you are responsible for supply of alcohol. We make it easy for you with a complete supply list of all ingredients needed for your perfect cocktail. Set up and break down of bar fees and non alcoholic bar supply needs will apply.

Rentals

We are happy to facilitate any rentals needed for your event. This includes but is not limited to; tables, linens, napkins, glassware, plateware, flatware, etc. Pricing subject to change based on final guest count, upgrades, additions, and current third party pricing at time of event.

Administrative Fee

All food, bar, and labor charges are subject to an industry standard administrative fee. This includes non-billable time, special kitchen expenses, restocking and maintenance. This is exclusive of any gratuity you may choose to provide to the event staff.

Tax and Gratuity

Colorado State and County Sales Tax of 7.9% will be included on the final invoice. Gratuity is not included but always appreciated. We hope you love our sta as much as we do. Gratuity can be added anytime before or after your event. Our captain would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding gratuities.
